What you'll need for the class

Always:

Water bottle

Mat/towel: either a cheap yoga mat, older beach towel, or drop cloth. Personally I prefer a towel or cloth because you can toss it in the washer and it WILL get dirty.

On Tuesdays you'll need:

1. One (or two) set of dumb bells. I suggest starting with 8 or 10 pounds. We will use this one set for all things, so of course sometimes they'll feel heavy (triceps) and sometimes light (legs). Use your best judgement on weight, or ASK ME if you're not sure. Easy to purchase at Target, Dick's, Amazon, or any sporting goods store.

2. A basic set of circular resistance bands like these or these. Also available at sporting goods stores, Amazon, etc.
