A fun, outdoor fitness class in Piedmont Park. You'll build strength, conditioning, and camaraderie. Minimal equipment is required.

Cancelation Policy

I have a 48-hr cancellation policy for all private sessions. If you need to cancel within 48 hours for any reason, you will be charged 50% of the session cost.
